Recent Events make me think I should probably join in this thread... If I think on, I'll try and get some scales over the weekend. Then after I've weighed myself for the first time in many years I'll most likely sit in a corner for a while, whimpering

Welcome Nigenet, if you choose to join us. Maintained again this week. A week off work looms now so not sure how I'll fit the diet around activities with the family. Probably fewer opportunities to snack though.

Right, I bought some scales. Weighed myself a couple of hours ago... Have just about stopped whimpering in the corner now! 15st 10lbs (99kg) (whimpers again)

Thank you SC. After being officially weighed tonight, Sarah and I will be tucking in to another delicious SW recipe.....slow cooked bbq gammon, sweet potato and corn on the cob. (Sarah has lost 8.5lbs in three weeks plus whatever she loses this week...it really does work!)
