Enjoying my pint....delicious And now, excuse me if you will, time to shout out as my local Arts Centre "South Street" in Reading has been saved! The local council is accepting a £500,000 arts grant to have a refurb and save the venue from closing. Yipeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Literally only just found out looking at Social Media Great news DM. Hate to see a local venue closed. I did a gig there many years ago but haven't been back since. No doubt the £500k includes some money to restore the plaque to its former glory regardless...  |

Ha nice to be back. Yes a cuppa chai would be nice. I dropped an 'O' cus the Hoots folded but morphed into the Hots !!! All I needed to do was peel an 'o' off the bass drum !! OK how do I get the smileys?

Hootdrummer, Hurrah! Have you seen Sindig0's post for flag pics at dusk/night - don't know whether you have any to add to the lovely ones contributed so far...? There's a visitors post on the Womad facebook page asking whether the old forum has been binned off and Womad have commented that it is now at efestivals. Someone else who is on facebook could maybe leave a comment to say we're here? |

Well, quite. Can't help but think that if he'd tried that in the first place I'd be sitting here typing this in an eFestivals t-shirt but still, very happy here. Ooh, that's an idea. How about a Full Moon Pub T-shirt? I have a very vague recollection of someone wearing an "unofficial" forum t-shirt way back when that was a thing. What do you think Zenrider?
