I got told to take a walk round the block and come back with a different perspective on Eurovision because I was marking most acts as zero however I stood my ground until I was told to leave the room which I did and missed the voting although I did manage to cook a Malay chicken curry

Well there was a positive outcome then! Voted Southern India, but since I haven't been to India, Thailand, Malay, Jamaica or Ireland I can't judge on the real thing, just our versions of the real thing, and ours are bound to be Westernised, particularly when you think how the same Curry changes from region to region around Britain and Restaurant. I guess I had better do some traveling then come back and score again But I went best curry is a Lamb Madras it's the classic

North India because that sounds most likely to be the origin of Biriani (according to Wikipedia), which is my favourite. I used to go out with a girl whose father was from Mauritius and he cooked an unbelievable chicken biryani where the rice was used to stuff a boned chicken. That recipe contributed significantly to the length of time I was with her.

Mmmmm, curry . It was hard to choose coz I love them all but curry goat, rice n peas is a festival favourite. No-one makes it like my daughter's Jamaican godfather used to, long dead now though and sadly missed.
