Nice - how are you going to brew it?

I always take fresh ground coffee strength 5. I make it with bottled water and brew it in a mug with a filter because I'm very fussy about my coffee I only buy Sainsbury's, around £2.20 a pack.

No, I'm Jax, Mr Beef! Personally I use a Colombian coffee (Sainsburys) brewed in an Aeropress.

Steves a coffee snob and always takes his aeropress ( in fact uses aeropress at home too - ditched the expensive espresso maker when it packed up and finds aeropress just as good) . Not sure what coffee the moment ...one he bought in France I think. The Union brand Globestyle has is great but pricey - £4.90 for 200g in Waitrose, by the way - but our local deli has some good blends as does Sainsbury, both a lot cheaper. He goes for flavour rather than knock- out strength. I just like a tea bag in a mug with real milk. But the aeropress and coffee are first item on the packing list...he doesn't function well without his morning caffeine fix

I always use freshly ground beans at home but draw the line at taking a grinder camping. I've bought a packet of nice pre-ground and dug out my precious plastic cafetiere. I need my morning brew along with a bowl of muesli and berries to give me the energy to go and find something cooked in the arena.

Dorset Steve wakes up from a very long womad-hibernation ....
Yes - the Aeropress is essential and very convenient. Double the coffee and half the water gets close to an espresso hit. Don't forget the filters!
Coffee snob mode - Union coffee's Yirgacheffe is my current favourite (but priced for special occasions only)

Still smirking at the 'Got my Stimulants' title, now if we were still at Reading....... beef I use a Zyliss Cafetiere Hot Mug. Once the coffee is brewed you can put a lid on it to keep it hot.

Womad 2015 The Shelter Box charity stall was selling the most amazing coffee I have ever tasted - provided by a supplier in Cornwall - forget the name. Really hoping they'll be back this year - great coffee for a great cause! www.shelterbox.org
