The BBC have announced cuts to several specialist music programs, including Late Junction and Music Planet (previously known as World on 3). Not good news - the Guardian article below reports a letter from loads of musicians and people in the music business protesting about the cuts.

we had heard about the cut to late junction but not Music planet
sound like the BBC wants radion 3 to be more like classic fm
