Yesterday, looking through the shelves in my local HMV (yes, against all odds they still exist) and saw that Afro Celts had a "new' cd "Flight"... was this a genuine release I wondered (aware of the split a few years ago)? Turns out to have been released in 2018, as a follow up to "The Source"...
As a Womad-long AFCS fan this was news to me... then I started reading through their Wikipedia entry and went on to read about the late Ayub Ogada... and discovered that he'd released two other albums after his classic RW album, but also that he'd had an acting role in Out of Africa... last time I saw him was at Rivermead in the mid-90s sitting on a bale of hay 'stage', playing to a small audience in the hot afternoon sun which most often accompanied those years of womad...
Now, as a long time fan of both AFCS and Ayub, randomly killing time in a shopping centre, how had I missed all this?
It'd be interesting to hear about your own delayed finds and methods of discovery...

We are sure there was a lot of chatter about it on 'social media'
What wrong with a poster in a shop window!
