Thanks - I hope so Jax - it feels like the reading on my scales is more to do with the weight on my shoulders than my belly. . . I'm going to start shrugging my shoulders more - I'm sure that's a good exercise!

Just realised that these scales show fractions of a pound. I seem to be 15st 7.4lbs this week, but don't know how many fractions I was before, so at least 0.6 lbs off this week, possibly as much as 1.5lbs (though unlikely!) So maybe this week I'll meet in the middle and call it another 1lb and start getting more accurate to 1 decimal place from next week So approximately 1lb gone this week, and approximately 3lbs in total gone

Yikes! Nearly forgot to post this week's weigh-in! Now at 15st 7.6lbs, so down 0.8lbs from last week and approx 3.8lbs in total
