Might not be any good but tonight on BBC 4 at 9pm "South Downs England's Mountain Green" It's a walk along the South Downs way from the seven Sisters to Winchester, we'll be watching as Mrs SC, my youngest and me did it about 9 years ago in celebration of Mrs SC successfully completing her chemo But we did it the other way around Winchester to 7 Sisters, might be rubbish, dunno

Liberation Day
The true story of an Latvian experiential rock group play a gig in NORTH Korean
the film challenges your assumption about both the band and the country and is a very enjoyable watch

Rock Dog
this Chinese American animation did really work for us mainly as it would appear the Chinese make jokes about Mongolians the same way the French make jokes about Spanish
Eddie Izzard does save the film for totally bombing

Little Anne Rooney, Mary Pickford, who was a contemporary of Charlie Chaplin stars in the remastered 1925 classic silent flick which started with a riot between rival street gang which leads to the local mafia falling out, murder and a under age relationship. In 1925 this was simple family entertainment!

Below her mouth, is one for SC film club
An all female creative team were behind this film and it tells a simple tale of woman has man, finds woman and .....................
the real question is what kind of pie SC will make for the film showing

Contemporary Color is the brain child of David Bryne
A honor guard display team contacted David to request the use of one of his song for a display. MR B fell in love with his art form so asked 9 other artist to write music for 9 other honor guard display team, set up a massive concert and filmed it
GFF held the world premier and Del caught the repeat showing, at this time it doesn't have a distributions deal nor are there any plans for it be shown else where, we hope this changes and you really get inside the whole world of honor guard display team and what it means to the performers

Housekeeping from 1987 is a lost classic based on the book by Marilynne Robinson and is directed by Bill Foryth after he fell in love with the book
we loved this film and is simple telling of people just trying to live the life they want

Thanks for the heads up, I'll take a look. I love my walking so should be right up my street Lovely walk, we did it in 10 days so it was about 12 or 14 miles a day. Was very nice Wow. Our walking group had a weekend away down to Seafood in 2013 I think. We took bus to Eastbourne and walked back to Seafood as one of the walks. Stunning. T shirt weather in mid November with a truly spectacular sunset as we stopped on the headland just before Seafood. I obviously have alot more of the area to Explore 🙂🙂. Edale and the Peaks is our next trip away

Their finest, sadly wasn't the finest bit of cinema we have seen, predictable and full of cliches

Mindhorn was fab!!!
We laughed all the way through the film and we want to see it again
a mix of Bergerac and The six million dollar man, leading man in the forgotten 1980 tv show Mindhorn come out of "resting" to save the day once again
sorry no trailer so you'll just have to go to the cinema to see it and it is funny

Louise by the shore is a beautify hand pained French animation about a elder lady who finds herself alone in a beach resort and as she adjust to looking after herself she relives her life and make a friend. Lovely to watch and very gently told.
