Somehow this seemed more appropriate to put here. It's a great song that will likely be used out of context by those who would accept to be ruled by violence and fear.
It actually reminds me of a song from the old Pink World album in context more than sound. It too has been used out of context on YouTube by those that call themselves the Right.

In my opinion, only Margo would have voted leave. Jerry would not risk an economic downturn/loss of EU market on his job prospects (he worked in advertisingj. They did live in Surbiton, outside London so a 75/25 in favour of remain would probably be a good reflection of the actual outcome.
Now, how about the young ones. Vivian would be a leaver, Neil remain. (P)Rik would refuse to vote but what about Mike?

Neil was a spaced out Liberal so again Remain Rick (with a silent P) was hard line Left/Romantic so Leave, Mick was at Uni just to get laid so was selfish, shallow and insecure so Leave as well. I would also like to point out that your post Mikey made me chuckle so much I have had to stop on the pavement in the rain to type this and you have made me late for the homeless centre AGAIN!!! 😀😀😀

I figure you all have figured this out, but pay no attention to what the US President is saying he has taken the role of President as a distraction better than any and perhaps all before. He may not admit it, but he has no clue as to what he's doing. He likely doesn't care, as long as his bank account improves. The Republican majority led Congress and Senate will allow him the delusion that he won't go to jail as long as they find him useful. They will also pander to him and tell him how great he is. Trump is a useful fool for them. In that, pay attention to what the US congress/senate is doing or not doing.
The sad thing, as in your case with Brexit, we can vote them all out, but the damage will not only be done, but hard and long to fix. The largest problem here no one is reading about, is the fact that Trump/Pence are busy seating as many conservative judges in positions that will make it hard for anyone that is not rich or a big corporation to see justice in the future.

And he promised to clear the swamp...not defecate in it himself!

Jerry would have voted with Margo, otherwise he would have been sleeping in the pigsty What Jerry tells Margo and what he really does are not the same. His downfall would be telling Margo he followed her instructions and voted leave but sayin* in ‘confidence’ to Tom and Barbara that he was a remainer. Of course it all gets back to Margo in true sitcom fashion. The big question is, would Tom do it deliberately to be found out? A night in the pigsty might be more preferable than a cozy warm bed with Margo.

Poor show from JC today. The timing of his political point scoring against Tories cuts rather bewildering to say the least.
But up stepped Yvette Cooper. Hooray!
