I'm not altogether sure I'll make it on the Thursday. Mrs Rendrags certainly won't as she needs to conserve all he energy for the following days. We have son and daughter and various friends of theirs arriving at Hotel Rendrags and I may get called upon to operate a taxi service as well as being hotel manager, chef etc. If I can escape I definitely will as I'd love to meet up with lovely forum folk and wave to absent friends via Webby, but I may not know until the Thursday. With regard to the meet up venue, I'm happy to go with the flow, as long as it sells a decent pint.

Good morning campers. And it is ! It's Womad weather. My only thought about a meet was that the real ale bar, which was near Bowers n Wills last year, was quite expensive. Hopefully we'll be finding a good standard ale for around the Β£4 mark this year? I have no preference. Perhaps it would be useful to check out both! A pub crawl? I imagine RAB would be more secluded. There's even a bar in the arboretum. Handy for a quick gong bath. π

Morning Hotdrummer Glorious Womad weather here too - let's grab some and put it inour pocket to take withus I may be getting things mixed up - I thought it was the craft beer bar near the B&W last year. Real Ale bar stayed where it was..... ah never mind; that was last year! Real Ale Bar, behind Siam, looks to be ahead on votes at the moment... wonder whether the Real Ale bar is already up - the bars usually are - Webby will show us soon.....

Yes SS now you mention it....I know we met there last year whatever it was called. Ok the one at the back of Siam then? Handy for opening acts, secluded, exclusive to forum nerds. Will I need a red carnation?π oh Nige, just seen your post. A conundrum. I've never played a conun drum. π

Ok, so can we persuade Hotdrummer to bring a pint of his favourite from the Real Ale bar over to the Golden Lion area?
