The beeb have this to say about the physics pavillionAs for the fluid dynamics of crowds moving around site mentioned in the article, I'm afraid I have to disagree. I found stage-hopping difficult and time-consuming with the new layout, not only trying to get from Siam to R3CG round the main stage, but from R3CG to Ecotricity round big red.... ...so I didn't quite get around to the physics pavillion. Did anyone? What was going on in there? Was it awe-inspiring and mind-blowing? or dumbed-down and dull?

I agree - there was no quick, easy way to get to the R3 stage from Ecotricity and when there was a big act on the main stage movement in that area was extremely difficult too. I also missed the Physics Pavillion because I forgot all about it - it was tucked away in a corner and you had to seek it out rather than pop in on your way somewhere else!

Oh yes............! We joined the queue half an hour before Steven Moffatt was scheduled; queue was already the length going back to the loos by the red tent! Didn't think we'd get near, but the wait paid off - fabulous interview and Q&A session; a chance we just couldn't miss!
