You could be right smurf . I don't think electronic gagets are built to last these days, but saying that I'm on my third printer since 2004, the previous one was indirectly nicked from my ex who gave it to my son who gave it to me....ha ha, he thought it had broken but little does he know I've had it for ages. I've got an Epson now but whether he'll turn into a scrotum and go all saggy I don't know. Fingers crossed eh?

I don't know about attached, but have to trick mine into working, as they stopped updating it. So now I have to set it to print photograph, plain paper, and the size of the paper. Every stinking time When I run out of ink refills I will finally surrender.

I'm trying to persuade my other half to buy a wireless/bluetooth*techy stuff* printer so that I can print things from my phone, but our bloomin' old one just keeps on working fine, so he won't agree! *shakes fist at printer*

The ICT dept would take it away and when returned it was much better, faster, bigger, cleaner, different stickers on it, weird isn't it? It never tells you to do that in the manuals...... Maybe you should try that Jax (oh unplug from the power, first)

Not feeling very sentimental about the old HP1100 anymore since I met the new love of my life HP P1102 wireless, we just hit it off, I think this is the one. At the moment we are doing it in every room.
