Oh The Harley's are ok comment........ in what way? When I did a little trip around the UK on a bike, had a chat with a bloke at Lands End on a Harley. It had a fuel tank range of 60 miles, he had ridden it for 120 miles, he was knackered and was suffering with back pain. He looked cool with his cowboy tassels, he wanted to ride the length of the UK but he was fucked at the start, he knew it. He knew the Harley would just be ridden back to his garage and be garage "Art" for the rest of it's life

Trump is a warped monster - the world's most dangerous moron. God knows how he got to be president and what his real motivations or affiliations are, but he seems like an imposter to me - numerically more people voted for Clinton and I would imagine that this measure must have grown since. Here we have Farage, who managed to light the fuse on the most destructive earthquake in UK and European politics since WW2, sucking up to Trump at every opportunity...

As Beef reminds us, more people voted against Trump in America than for him. They also voted for Obama to serve two terms and how we would rather his cooperation at this time. Mind you, many in the UK turned against Obama and his anti brexit sentiments prior to the referendum.
on the referendum, I am proud to say that I voted with the majority. That is, the 48% who knew what they were voting for. The rest had all sorts of ideas about what they wanted, hard brexit, soft brexit, Norwegian models, zero migration. This is the problem with brexit and leaders need to look to the 48% as the core for bringing unity.

The problem isn't the majority, the same politics that gave you BREXIT, gave us Trump. If you need anyone to get really mad at would be Putin and his crack team of patriotic hackers. What a bunch of crap that was. As for May, don't be surprised if ours aren't the only politicians whose emails have been hacked in the last year or so... If you haven't noticed Americans in ever increasing numbers are rallying against what is happening, but like you there is only so much the everyday people can do... we need support in our resistance against fascism, as will you. In the meantime, thank you so much for giving us Mr Oliver. Harley's are OK, but many of their owners well that's a whole other story.... Thank you for posting this Zenrider, if you want British values it is there. The guy carrying his pint is what I would do and have family history on this. If the story is true, my great grandfather was in the pub during a zeppelin raid in the First World War. When all the other customers went down the cella, he insisted on staying in the bar drinking the free beer last on the tables, unfortunately the building suffered a direct hit. Well, it was one of my Dad's stories and I like to think it was true.

Well, it was one of my Dad's stories and I like to think it was true. What a lovely story and I hope it is true! You should be able to verify if your Great Grandfather died in the Pub and if it was hit by a Zeppelin bomb. If there was a press cutting that may well verify the story. You really should try and verify. I have a similar "unverified" family story of a family member "accidentally" fitting in the Russian Revolution. One day I will research it, just hope any research doesn't kill the story as that would be a shame.
