I hope the Strawberry Moon finds everyone enjoying some nice weather. I can feel everyone's excitement grow as WOMAD 2017 comes closer to being. As for me in quite a rut, which is why tomorrow I am going to make the effort to get to Chicago for the last day of the Chicago Blues Fest. Cash Box Kings are playing, so I really must go. 
It's going to be in the mid to upper 30's C, which sounds much hotter as mid 90's F. If I melt a little, that would not be a bad thing. 
The world is as crazy as ever, but there is always room for hope. Sometimes change starts in small places, even if it's holding doors open for people or as simple as a friendly smile.
Yeah, I know I'm cheating on the birthday thing, but since my Brother's birthday is tomorrow and I forgot to put his card in the mail last week.... No worries, I will call him tomorrow and sing him happy birthday.
