Didn't go last year, so have not experienced this new layout. My biggest concern though is "The Fair". It used to frustrate the hell out of me if there was something that you wanted to listen to in The Big Red Tent and the wall of death was thundering away next to you. No matter how many times I turned and gave The Wall of Death my very hardest Paddington Bear stare it would not stop. Now it seems Bower's and Wilkins Sound System may suffer the same fate. I just hope it doesn't mess up Floating Points as I'm really looking forward to that

What I did like about last year's layout that I was completely lost and I abandoned myself to following the forum needs around on the thurs eve in a trancelike state, making new discoveries "I was ridin' on the Mayflower when I thought I spied some land" comes to mind

Hootdrummer, are you sure it was the layout that had you in a trancelike state?? ;-) It certainly helped armsnlegseverywhere. Perhaps in 2018 the site layout should resemble Hampton court Maze. Now that would be interesting. Have to say that cider helps and other narcotics such as tea 😜
