So very, very happy (shed a tear or two of joy here) that Chris Packham's "Fingers in the Sparkle Jar" was voted UK's favourite nature book. Relentless campaigner, activist, educator and engager - brilliant to have him on this planet right now; we need him here. 
Loved seeing the golden eagles at play and stooping - I hadn't even thought of them stooping, let alone being the second fastest stooper in the UK.
Kingfishers in Ramsgate Harbour - another treat of fabulous camerawork and I had no idea that kingfishers fished in salt water either!
Hen Harriers, superb thermal images of woodcock and badgers (though why no mention of the 30k of badgers killed this year?) bats mating, gorgeous images of Caledonian Highlands, cirl bunting - I had no idea they looked so much like yellowhammers, every programme full of interest. Excellent; really enjoyed it.
