Thanks for this SS! It was going to be a busy morning tomoorow, having to fit in a haircut appointment, Waitrose shop, clearing any snow that's been dumped on us overnight, and anxiously waiting for the 10.00 announcement. Now I can look through the list at leisure this evening and even start looking up those unfamiliar names earlier than planned! I wonder whether whoever released the list at Womad has been given a telling off?! Really pleased to be seing Amadou and Mariam at last! |

The announcement is a day early, wonder why? Some good names in there. Wanted to see Django Django for a while. Ezra Collective comes highly recommended by my niece. Amadou and Mariam are the icing on the cake (so far). Also Plenty to keep occupied in researching and choosing who to see 😁 we think someone go the automatic timer wrong on the press release |

we saw Amadou and Mariam a few year ago at Celtic Connections and they were amazing
we have been looking forward to seeing them at WOMAD

Amadou and Mariam yes about time... then one day I was looking through some old photos from Rivermead and there they were. So I must have seen them but didn’t know who they were. Mariam has appeared a few times in other line ups tho.
