JIGGY!!! ACSS meets Grit!!! Fabby, fabby, fabby *dances, dances, dances* Doooon the front! I too am thrilled by this....save me a place doon the front! ๐๐๐ Will do, though be there early! I was sidelined at ACSS last year - too late to get to the middle front, but fab from the nearside front with Nigenet, who I later learned had been tasked with "looking after me" which, of course he did, because he is that sort of person anyway (another vote for cloning Nigenet there). So, I'll just say now that if anyone is tasked with "looking after me", please ignore and continue enjoying things your own way. I left ACSS early - Nigenet came with me - he probably would have preferred to stay at the front - he's always having to leave gigs early to get home. Another reason to have ACSS back at Womad - and they'll have a new album too....... JIGGY are going to be totes amazeballs - can't wait! Nigenet, shall I save you a place too?

Sounds cool although Jiggy means something rude in my Urban dictionary, but I'm excited too.

Just having a quick dip into researching "Too Many Zooz" look great fun Look good and got them on my would like to see list. It depends what stage though, if in Siam will be dancing like loon down the front...if red tent, will give them a miss. Just feel they need to be a bit more Balkan Gypsey to become a must see (sure you agree SC ๐) i am enjoying Camille (well, if WOMAD cannot bring Zaz to malmesbury, will happily welcome Camille). At times she reminds a lot of Maarja Nuut from 2017, other times better than Christine and the Queens. Bit of a warning, careful if doing a search on Camille, there is a lot of French underwear out there waiting to be purchased.

Day-by-day line-ups due to be announced tomorrow (Thursday). More acts to be announced some time soon, but not sure if that'll be tomorrow or later.....

The day splits are not helping much (apart from for people picking whether to come on the Saturday or Sunday). If Thursday follows form, I fear a clash between ken booth on main stage and Jazzanova in the big red, a bit frustrating when there are only two headliners in one evening. On paper it looks as if Camille will clash with Amadou and Mariam but sure that is the alphabetical listing rather than set times.
