What?!!!! Jim, there must be a way you can make Thursday too - Womad can't start without you!! First time I'll have missed any bit of WOMAD ever? The way I will be able to make Thursday is if WOMAD booked the Como Mamas - one of my favourite bands over the last few years who are playing their first UK gig in London on the 26th (Thursday), and I'm hoping to interview them too. But I know they're not playing at WOMAD, they're playing London, the Port Erin festival, then carrying on their French tour. I am not throwing away my shot! Dig it: |
