as always one of the best parts of WOMAD is meeting up you and the rest of the lovely forum people
this year meet suggestions
17.00 at x marks the spot (the WOMAD forum camp) (cheese and port may be available)
18.00 drinks at the golden lion
19.00 webby wave
start of great music and much loon dancing
23.15/23.30 cheese and port at x marks the spot
01.00 SC wandering through the campsite calling out for Del
but most of all no nuts or hangovers

Oooh! I’d forgotten the cheese and port night last year was a blast. Great start to the festival. I’ll bring some nuts!

That sounds like a plan, Del - I go happily along with that.  Bloohair, please squirrel your nuts well away from S.C. - he has a serious nut allergy, no kidding! Only allergic to Tree Nuts Folks, happy to be around them just don't rub them into my skin or pop them in my mouth I'm fine with, Peanuts, Cashew Nuts, Coconut - they are all good Bad with, Brazil, almond, hazelnuts, Cob nuts, pine nuts, etc etc plus derivatives of nuts, so Almond Milk, Spirits flavoured with or containing nut, Nut Oil etc etc All very bad |

Hi SC,
My son is also allergic to proper nuts and fine with seeds (peanuts and cashews). However he refrains from eating too many, I can keep any nuts I might bring in their bag.
Will think of something else to bring that will cope with being stowed in Tony the Trolley, the London Underground and train journeys

Hi everybody - late appearance in the proceedings - me and Karen have just bought our tickets (partly for the music, but also so we can meet all you lot again!)
I'll actually be able to arrive at a sensible time on thursday this year, so should be in time for meet up
Hoot - I've lost your phone number when my phone died, so send me a text - are you camping in the same place this year ?
