Dub Colossus are crowd funding their next album titled 'Dr Strangedub'. They need to raise to hit their target of £6,000 by the end of the month in order to fund the finishing of the album (it's already recorded, the project is to fund mastering, manufacture etc). The project is currently around 55% funded, so if you're interested, take a look at www.kickstarter.com/projects/1609707844/dr-strangedub-brand-new-album-from-dub-colossus
You can make pledges to buy the album, posters, tee shirts etc, to help Dub Colossus get to their target.
Judging by the title track uploaded on their website, it'll be fab! Fingers crossed they'll make an appearance at Womad next year, too!  |

Maybe they have a mate near to you who they were dispatching stuff to and included your cd in with their mate's stuff for them to drop around your place? Whatever, pretty bloody cool though |

Got home from work today, found a padded envelope with my name handwritten on the front and what felt like a CD inside it... No stamp on the envelope though, so I guessed it was maybe something my friend had dropped round for me to listen to. Looked at the back of the envelope and it had a return address on it, which was in Spain. Looked at the front again, and it has my full address on it, including "United Kingdom"... and definitely no stamp. Opened it up and there was the new Dub Colossus album! Signed, and apparently posted all the way from Spain to the UK without a stamp! No idea how that happened... Perhaps they sent them a bill for the postage, but carried on the delivery? Either way, cool you got your CD!  |

No idea if it was delvered by the postman or not. Maybe there's a guy driving up and down the country delivering the merchandise by hand! Very strange!
