Wishing everyone a happy and safe full moon. It's going to be a beautiful night to view the full moon and it's eclipse. OK, it's only going to be about -17 (and that's Celsius, Mikey) tonight. However, that should make for crisp clear viewing. Max view where I am in central time is 2312 (20 Jan). Begin time 2036. End time 0148. Max view United Kingdom (21 Jan) 0512. Begin time 0236. End time 0748. Kind of get it if many of you sleep through this one. Things are a bit more in the work-a-day world for me. Guy is well and unharmed from his holiday pics. Had good visits with family and friends. No problems at work, aside from catching everyone's flu's and colds it seems. Otherwise, no complaints. Aside from, it seems my Stepfather's immune therapy did not work. Not sure where they are going from there. Fingers crossed he can stick around for a few more years at the very least. More is better. Found Shetland's web cams and well, it's fun catching a glimpse of a seal from the Fjara Seal Level Cam. Pretty sun sets and sun rises from the many cams. Glimpses of the ferry I was passenger on just over two and a half years ago in the Shetland museum and Town Hall East cams. Still mulling over a trip, but haven't totally convinced myself yet. Now for the cake! Happy Birthday Moons, Greetings, and Wishes: Dorsethelen..............31 Jan Oneofus..................07 Feb Yummymummy(4)............07 Feb Juliecmattern............12 Feb

Thanks Zenrider... still miss those updates, always hinting year after year at the ever-elusive "new stuff" just around the corner... I guess we probably now know which of the "two directions" PG took for the "next record"...

Always wonder was he kidding us, the record company or himself?

Always wonder was he kidding us, the record company or himself? Maybe it was the Brian Pern stuff that made him stop? probably not, PG seems to have a good sense of humor. I think having a young son and a wife possibly still battling cancer has more to do with it. Much easier to balance family life supporting other bands from the studio, than living the life of a rock star. That's my best guess, and if that's the case, I can't really fault him for that. OK, and perhaps the album he had been working on fit the future we thought/hoped we were heading towards 4 years ago, not where we are now. Sadly I, like the rest of his fans, can only guess really.
