I know, I know, a bit late, but better late than never? Hope everyone saw the first Super Moon of the year, which you might have noticed was not actually pink. You might have seen some pink flowers somewhere though. Between warm spells and cold spells, that spells spring! Politics in the world still suck, lots of people afraid of needles pretending it's about freedom, but many of us at the Pub are on our way to being fully vaccinated! Coming in a little late, but perhaps you might still spy some of the Eta Aquarids Meteor shower that peaked last night, but runs from 19 April to 28 May. 11 May brings the New Moon, which is the best time to star gaze. Mercury is at its Greatest Eastern Elongation 17 May. Seen best at sunset. Wishing everyone that is having birthdays under the Pink Moon phase a happy one.
