Is the VIP ticket I bought on viagogo.com legit?

Hi Lunatics,
I tried to contact RealWorld about this but they haven't had anything to say so far.

Here's the situation - I bought tickets to the May 25th show in Berlin on viagogo.com (ticket reseller). The note on the ticket listing said "includes VIP pass". The tickets arrived the other day and sure enough there's an extra printout attached to the tickets labelled "VIP pass" but with no other information. Viagogo won't let me contact the seller directly to ask them about it so hopefully my fellow Lunatics can help.

My first question - is this the same VIP package that was sold as a ticket add-on by RealWorld? I'm hoping maybe someone else who bought one directly can confirm it. I'd be happy to post a picture if that  helps.

Second question - if it is legit do I have to get my name on a list or something? The VIP offer from RealWorld mentioned that they would email VIP pass holders with instructions but they have no way to know I have the pass now.

Worst case scenario I have a ticket to the show and I'm sure I will enjoy it but it would be really great to see the sound check too. Any help is MUCH appreciated!

The venue doesn't know. They suggested I contact the promoter but I haven't gotten any response from them. I had to rely on Google Translate to contact them in German so it's possible I insulted their mothers accidentally or something ;-)

Hmmm, you'd think they'd have more a clue then that.
I didn't buy a VIP ticket, but I did buy another person's ticket thru a resale ticket site for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame thing. When I was able to print out the ticket, the resale site did say to print out their confirmation of the transaction/receipt and take that with. Didn't need it, but perhaps that's all you need to do?

And I'm chuckling about the Google translation as it seems most of the translators seem to translate better to English then the other way around, etc..

So I got an email back from the promoter. They sort of answered my question. Apparently the ticket I have gets me access to a seating section that's right in front of the sound board which is the only reserved section in the venue. That's pretty cool but they didn't know anything about whether I need to contact Real World. The search continues!
