While he tries to steal the election through the courts he shouldn't be too bad. If he tries anything extreme after that fails, I'm hoping it's time for his second impeachment. Granted that would have carried more weight if Kentucky could have gotten it together and voted Moscow Mitch out. Amongst other states that couldn't give the majority in the Senate. Even so, putting him back on the defensive could keep him occupied. I'm just wondering which country he and his corrupt family will seek assylum in. I'd say Russia, but we know how wimpy Trump gets out in the cold. I'm sure it will be one that won't extradite him back to the states. One thing for sure, at Biden's inauguration and he will make his speech about the great job he did, how the election was stolen, and how he's giving Biden a booming economy and conquered Covid-19. And then spew a lot of gibberish and dog whistles meant only for his rabid white supremacist followers. He's so predictable you know he will. Unless, of course he doesn't show up at all. I can only imagine the bugs and cameras the security agencies will find when sweeping the White House. In the meantime, hope prevails. |

Not a fraudulent election. Trump lost and he needs to get over it. Sadly, he will not do anything that's good for the USA, without it benefitting him first.

It has been implied and very likely, Russian agents were with the mob. Computers and other files have been stolen. The ability to get to obviously targeted offices also implies there were Capital Police aiding this insurection.
It is apalling how Trump and the Republican politicians went out of their way to ensure there was not enough security to stop Trump's rabid followers. The Republican party has brought shame to America.
It's not just that America can do better, we must do better.

I cannot believe how stupid Trump supporters are. He promises so much and can understand how, initially they may have believed he was doing all he could for them (if Bernie was elected in 2016 he would hav3 seen through on his promises). Yet it is always so clear that Trump was in it only for himself, his ego and his cronies and yet they all follow him mindlessly. Then last week, he p4ompted them to March on th3 capital saying that he would be there with them!!! NO! He was back at the White House watching them doi his bidding. What a cowardly prick.

Much as I am furious at all these idiots, I am especially furious with the military veterans, retired, or active duty. I figure it's only a matter of time for the latter. More than any of these rioters, thugs, and traitors. The military people knew they were committing treason, even if now they are pretending remorseful or making up defenses for their actions on Wednesday. I'm sure they were thinking to become Generals in Trumps military, but being stupid does not absolve one from treason. They should all lose their honorable discharges and lose their pensions and other benefits, after serving lengthy prison sentences. As an Air Force veteran this cuts deep, and I have no sympathy for any of these idiots losing their jobs and any criminal punishment they face. I don't care how much their neighbors claim they seemed like really nice people, or their families cry. Guess what? They aren't nice people, and likely never were even before Trump. I have no pity for them whatsoever. One thing that is very consistent with Trump supporters, they lie just as easily as he does. |
