SS - Not sure if it staying up would be your issue more than rolling off it in the night. There's really only one position you can adopt, as my mother is demonstrating in the below picture. That said, it is very comfy so could be worth a shot. Also, you might invent a new spectator sport of running about the campsite in the middle of the night in your pyjamas trying to catch moonbeams in a giant pink bin bag. I would totally watch that.

A full moon and the Womadfields alive with everyone scooping moonbeams during the night - would look great; a flurry of night flags ...... and I have a feeling that Amelie would scoop the most! I hope so--maybe next year. She's certainly keen to come but wants to bring a friend who's been a little tied up the last couple of years with a sick and elderly pet who is *ahem* not so much of a tie any more (don't be too sad, he had a happy and long life).

Oh we saw exactly that one kid dropping on it the other flying off, it ended in tears of course,- after 30 mins we let them back on it again.

Sindig0, *hushed tones* - fully understand - we have plans for when our days are Fluffy-free, though it'll be a while yet; 14 and still climbing, jumping, hunting and leaping around like she always has.

Bouncing too on and off the moonbeam powered banana split ....that'd clinch it for H then!

We've just bought a pair of these from Costco. They are lightweight, they fold up and have a shoulder strap long enough and adjustable enough for me to wear across  my body.....and only £4.75 each.
If anyone would like one and there is no Costco available to you then I'd be happy to buy them and bring them to the meet up next year!!!

I can see the years ahead when we all rock up to the forum meets on our mobility scooters; flags, streamers, glitter, pom poms, hipflasks and everything...we'll need a ramp to get us onto the bandstand
