Had a lady who had an anaphylaxis to grape seed oil used as a carrier oil in massages. She was allergic to pine nuts which are a seed (of course!) but not made the Im allergic to seeds connection with grape seeds. I am confused over Pine Nuts, I believe The European list of Tree Nuts includes them, but the American version doesn't, or the other way around, and yes they are seeds and not nuts, but have similar allergy groups to Peanuts and Tree Nuts. So as it's not a great experience trying these things out, I avoid them

You can come and sit in my tent and enjoy being part of the camp - thinking about it, you could bring a tent and pitch up with us and also have the joys of Betsy! How about a Thursday evening late night get together at Camp Womad? There could be wine, cider, nibbles and banter.....? And gently light by 500 or so solar fairy lights

Cheese, cheese in any form, with crackers or in crackers; cheddars will do nicely, but they'll go very quickly! Or with onion in crisps. Or in cake - cheesecake.... don't forget the cake aspect of things cheese ...... Cheese is good - it was the thing which was my hurdle when giving veganism a good go. *puts all things cheese on the list* cheese.................................. that can only mean one thing................................................... PORT!

Don't worry SS we'll make sure you have some space to pitch your tent
and if any one has a gazebo for us all to sit under that would be grand

Nice Nigenet, and I like the little touch of getting the navigation light colours correct too. House Point,

Thanks for the map Dell. I'll see it when I'm out of the glare of the sun (in garden on iPad). Looks like you're going to have to secure a fair bit of grass, please count me in, looking forward to seeing you all, Beanstew and DT, SS, Jax2000, SC and Nigenet. Jambo too - but you know that!
I'll be there with a stash of UV hair gel in a selection of colours!

So what would be your go-to savoury snack if you're going to a late night forum meet-up? Sorry that I missed this, I must pay attention. My late night cravings are usually for sweet foods, which is naughty for a diabetic. Flapjacks are lovely but whatever happened to those hobnobs?
