Ok, it is two separate acts RP and G. RP sounds intriguing! One RP springs immediately to mind...
G... Genesis classic line-up reunion?

Ok, it is two separate acts RP and G. Have they played Womad before? The Real Peter Gabriel, let's hope for this

G......
I was thinking maybe Gurrumul, who was due to play Womad a few years ago but had to pull out. I looked him up and realised he died a couple of years ago, so sadly it won't be him.
Would love to see Goat again, but it's probably a bit too so after their last appearance.
I'm struggling to think of anyone other than a few prog rock bands from the 70's! Gong, Gnidrolog, Gryphon. And of course Genesis...
I have it on good authority that Macy Gray is appearing. And her surname begins with G, so she's a nailed on certainty!
RP...
Apart from Robert Plant, Robert Peston might be quite entertaining!

You may have to enlarge it a bit to read it!
So RP is Robert Plant.
Sadly G is not Genesis.

Cat out of the bag, my two tips were (obviously) Robert Plant with Saving Grace. Saw them last week and they were excellent, highly recommend for good interpretations of traditional Americana. The second name was Gwenno, good welsh Cornish traditions so very happy to see her confirmed, surprised she is quite low down on the billing though.

Very excited to see Mr Plant coming back this year and Afro Cuban Allstars are perfect for the Thursday have wanted to see them for years. Afro Cuban all Stars will be the perfect start for the Thursday, I amazed that they are still around after all these years, absolute legends, like Orchestra Baobab a couple of years back.

Anda Union are not listed
They told us they would be playing the radio 3 stage so we think radio will be making an announcement all of their own.

Must see link at has grown to 27 artists now. Space for R3, Eco, Molly's and the other one which replaced Bowers and Wilkins. Physics Pavillion even more appealing this year too.....😀
