I think I may get arrested but Jo Brand would probably be up for a laugh I think you would be safe at Full Council, like Cabinet, from what I recall, (and it has been 18 months of blanking it out,it is purely Political so Officers should not speak (smaller version of the Houses of Parliament, you don't get Civil Servants chipping in)), so as long as you don't speak you should be fine, I don't recall anything about dress code  |
