Had my first jab today. The AZ variety Qualified for the jab only yesterday. Felt slightly odd that yesterday the booking system was only opened up to people off precisely my age. We are an elite group  . I guess this gives my age away. Am i the youngest on the board? When I first looked look at the booking options they were to venues around 10-15 miles away and for up to the next couple of weeks in the future. I preferred not to go to to Slough either. Logged back on a couple hours later and up popped a local pharmacy just a couple miles away for today. Thought I'd have some of that. Happy Days. 2nd jab due a few days before WOMAD |

Suffering some fatigue but that's it. Struggling on working from home but will be signing off as I can (which is 4pm). Then its time for a nap |

So, have had my second jab. Hopefully will just have a sore arm and no other side effects (apart from the obvious ones, like having Bill Gates stalking me and having an irresistible urge to throw my faeces about like a chimpanzee).

We had our second jabs last week, Pfizer variety. Bit of a sore arm and tired for a day or so. |

My 2nd jab is booked for the 20th May, which I was a little worried about as I’m driving up to Vindolanda (Northumberland) two days later and so was hoping for no side effects.
On Friday I got a text from my Doctors asking if I wanted to book my 2nd jab. I thought “hmmm, I wonder if I can bring my Vax date forward”. I followed the link and BOOM got a slot for yesterday! 2nd jab done ✅ AZ again ✅ No side effects ✅

Received my second shot/jab yesterday. Bit of a sore arm, but well worth it. In two weeks I'll be considered fully vaccinated!

Had my second AZ jab yesterday. The weather forecast was for heavy rain all day and the GP surgery where they are doing the jabs is about 20 minutes walk from my flat... Thankfully the weather eased up for a little while, and apart from a bit of drizzle for the first few minutes on my way there, it was completely dry there and back! Nothing much in the way of side effects so far... top of my arm has been quite sore, but that has been the most of it |

Had second AZ jab a week last Thursday, was fine until Sunday night Monday morning, then then the fatigue hit me along with a loss of appetite, so this past week has been a total loss, spent most of my time lazing around and sleeping.
